1. Click "Ad Assets"
2. Click "Add Ad Asset"
3. From the Asset Type dropdown, click "Video Overlay"
4. Click "Select file... (image/,video/)" to upload Asset
5. Click "Edit" under "Video Overlay Position" to place the overlay.
6. Click and drag your asset until you are happy with the location and size of the asset. Move and resize as needed.
7. Once you are happy with the placement click OK. You can change this at any time.

2. Click "Add Ad Preset"
3. To add your first asset click the "Add" button
4. You may pick 1 Centre Court logo per preset. To do this click "Select" next to the asset picture.
5. You may have one game email banner per Preset. To choose press "Select" next to the asset icon.
6. Select as many Billboard's as desired. These will scroll across the selected area on the court.
7. Repeat previous steps until you have all the assets you want assigned to the Advertising Preset. If this preset is for select leagues, leave "Default for new league" unchecked. Click "OK" when finished (you can edit these at any time)
8. To create a preset that is for all new leagues, use this slider. Any existing leagues will need to have the preset applied to them.
9. Once your preset is configured select "Court Preview" to see a preview of the assets. Please note: the video overlay is not visible in the court preview because it is a full court view.
10. Choose the court you would like to preview the assets on.
11. A pop-up of a recent screenshot from a game recording will be used to preview the advertising.
12. If you see "Advertising is disabled on this court" please adminsupport@gloryleague.com and request that we enable Advertising on the court. If it says "No video available for preview", it means there has not been a recent enough game to take a screenshot from.
13. If you see a court that is missing a banner or centre court configuration please let us know the court name so we can configure the advertising areas for itadminsupport@gloryleague.com

6. Name will default to file name but change it if you need to for easier reference later.

10. To see what it looks like with other banners you will need to add it to an "Ad Preset"
1. You can assign advertising presets in bulk using "Age", "Gender", "Date" or any key word from the league name.
2. For this example we will assign a preset to all the leagues with "Adult" as the age group. To do this, click the dropdown under Age and select Adult.
3. To bulk select all results click the checkbox in the top row of the results.
4. Once Leagues are selected you will see the "Edit Settings" button appear. Click this button.
5. In this pop-up select "Ad Preset" option. It will either have a preset listed or if none have been applied it will say "(not selected'
6. All pre-made Presets will be available in the pop-up, click "Select" next to the preset you want for this league.
7. Your Ad Preset will now show in the main settings pop-up. To confirm the selection click "OK". You can change this at any time by going back to this page and removing the Ad Preset.
8. The preset will now show next to all leagues and will be applied to the next games played for this league.

Banner on continuous looping scroll. Up to 10 sponsors/ logos per court. Banners can run across all leagues or customised per league. Placement of banners will always try to avoid any overlap with the ball, but due to different cameras and angles the location will vary on all courts.
Good option for courts that have no available courtside banner space due to angle of camera. Transparent png files provide a more immersive experience for users. Can be run across all leagues or customised per league.
Options are either static of sponsor or association, alternating static of sponsors, side by side static sponsor/association or animated logo.

Associations can update their own email banners to make it easier to offer sponsors limited time run campaigns. Click through links available on for website per campaign. Can either be run across all leagues or customised per league.
1. Click "Add Ad Asset"
2. Click "Game Email Banner" from the Asset Type Dropdown
3. Click "Select file... (image)" to choose an image from your computer. Please ensure the banner is 600 wide and between 150 and 400 high. (600x200 is ideal)
4. Click the "Game Email Banner Link" field and press [[ctrl]] + [[v ]]to paste link if you would like the email banner to be clickable. Make sure to contain UTMs if the advertiser is tracking clicks. Then click OK.
5. To see the banner in a mock-up email, click "Preview Email"
6. Enter the email address you would like the preview to go to and click OK. Check email to see test.
