Getting Started
You can see the box score from the Game Overview page
If you are a family member of a player and wish to view their game you can now ask your player to add you as a supporter to their account.
Please see this guide: Add Supporter in Player Portal
Only primary contact details are imported into Glory League when accounts are set up, so even if you are already registered with the association as a secondary contact you must be added again in Glory League, once you are a supporter you will continue to be a supporter for that players account with that association for future seasons.
If your player plays in tournaments or new associations you will need to ask them to add you to those accounts as well.
You can also ask for the player to share highlights with features like Plays of the Week and by sharing highlights, or playlists with friends and supporters.
Your association is also able to add supporters, so if you are not able to get your player to add you, please contact them to be added as a supporter.
A record of all the teams you have played for stays on your Glory League profile. If you are not seeing your most recent games it is usually because you have either not signed up correctly to the competition you are playing in, you have signed up with a different email connected to a new account, or there have been no games recorded for your team this season.
Example scenarios:
- A tournament where your school has signed you up under your school email, the Glory League videos will be sent to that account, to sync it up to the same email address you will need to change the email in your second account to your original account. Please see: How to Change Email Address in Player Portal
- Your teenager has signed themselves up to the competition this season under their own email address. Please see: How to Sign Up As a Supporter
- Parent A signs you up to your association under a different email address this season, previous seasons you have been registered under Parent B email.
- You are playing for a competition that does not use a Competition Management System like GameDay, PlayHQ, Basketball Connect, Let Me Play etc and you are not registered at all. Please see: How Can I Sign Up?
- You forgot that you signed up for the competition this season under your old email address that you never check...
Supporters must be added by players from inside their own accounts:
Players must now add their family members as supporters themselves using the Player Portal. To get access to a family members game, please ask them to add you as a supporter.
Easy instructions are available here: Add Supporter in Player Portal
You can also ask for the player to share their favourite highlights without their supporters having to create an account by creating and sharing their Playlists
Already have a supporter account but aren't getting recent games?
If your player has registered for this season under a different email you will need to be added as a supporter to this account. The same applies if they play for another association or a tournament and you will need to ask them to add you to those accounts as well.
If you already have a Glory League account but your recent games aren’t appearing, it’s usually due to one of the reasons below.
Before troubleshooting
If your game was played within the last 24 hours, it may still be uploading and processing.
1. You registered with a different email address
Your game videos are sent to the email used when registering through your competition platform (such as GameDay, PlayHQ, Basketball Connect, LMP, etc.).
Please check whether you may have registered using a different email — such as a parent’s, school, work, coach, or manager’s email as your games may be linked to that account instead.
If this is the case, you can update your email in your Player Portal.
See: How to update your email address
2. You were not checked into the game (or not on the roster)
Glory League links players to games through the official scoring app.
If you:
- were not checked into the game, or
- are not listed on the team roster
You’ll need to contact your association so they can correct this in their competition system. Once updated, your games will appear in Glory League after the next recorded match.
3. The court does not have a Glory League camera
Not all courts have cameras installed. You can check the venue map to confirm whether Glory League cameras are available on the court you played on.
4. The game was not scored using the official scoring app
Games must be scored digitally for video to be recorded. If a paper scoresheet was used, the game video will not be available, as cameras are activated via the scoring system.
Still not resolved?
If your game was played more than 24 hours ago and none of the above applies, please contact our support team.
As long as there is a camera installed in the court you are playing on and the scorebench use a Glory League compatible scoring app to score your games, then all of your games should have post game videos.
For a list of venues with Glory League see: Glory League Venues
Glory League videos may not always be available due to hardware and internet connectivity issues in the venue at the time a game is played.
Note: there can be a delay in uploading videos from the association, if your game video is not available after 48 hours please get in touch with us here so we can investigate.
After you play your first game you will receive a Welcome Email from Glory League. This may come at the same time as your first game email, or before the first game email. You can use the link in this email to set up a password, or you can wait until you get your first game email and follow that link.

The game will be uploaded to our servers and then encoded, depending on the internet connection at the venue, the number of games played that day and the length of the game this could take from one hour to an entire day. Once the video has been encoded you will get a game video email from us like the one below.

The first time you get a game email you will need to set up a password when you click on the game link, for future logins you can use your game video link to go straight to your account and will not need to re-enter the password if using on the same device.

If you are having trouble logging-in check other email addresses you may be signed up under, such as parents email, school email address or work address.
You don’t need to sign up!
As a player in a participating club or association, you are automatically enrolled in the Glory League system by your club or association.
Glory League takes player privacy seriously, this means that only players, coaches, team staff and club delegates that have registered with their association have access to the game videos, and only for the games that your teams play.
If this is your first time using Glory League you will get an email from us with your account details after you play your first game of the season. You will receive a welcome email with a link to set up your account and a notification email to let you know that your game video is ready to view.
Your "Welcome to Glory League" email and games will be sent to the email address you used when registering yourself into your team through the competition management software (GameDay, PlayHQ, Let Me Play, WSA etc)
Without a registered email address, your account will not be activated and you will not be able to receive game video email notifications. If you are not registered please contact your association who can help you with this.
If you are a returning member missing games from a new team check other email addresses you may be signed up under, such as parents email, school email address or work address.

See below for the updated map of all venues currently with Glory League cameras installed:
That is what we call your personal Glory League account that can be accessed at any time by clicking the login button on the top right or going to: https:/my.gloryleague.basketball/
