You can schedule trial recordings or important practice games through the admin portal. The easiest way to do this is to schedule through the admin portal and then use the scorekeeper app on court to start and stop recording. If scorekeeper isn't used to trigger the game recording you can also manually create the game after it is filmed.
If you did not use the scorekeeper app on court you will need to use a workaround to manually create the game from the recording inside the Admin Portal. Make sure any player, coach or admin accounts you want to access the recording are added to the teams for the practice game.
